The brief
Teal Refuge App came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Showcasing the Teal Refuge app, designed for relaxation and sleep support with guided sessions and nature sounds, available on iOS.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, social impact. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Teal Refuge App now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
