The brief
zachyyg came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A mobile app for discovering restaurants and browsing menus by category, helping users find dishes nearby and save their favorites.
What we did
Embedded with the team across ios, food & beverage, restaurant discovery, dark ui. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and zachyyg now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
