The brief
Social Feed Red came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Showcase of a social media app featuring a dynamic feed, user interactions, and trending content. Designed for iOS with a focus on user engagement.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, social media. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Social Feed Red now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
