The brief
Simple Social Purple came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Mobile app interface for creating and sharing custom sticker packs. Features include a gallery of expressions and options to capture new stickers.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, social. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Simple Social Purple now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
