Real Estate Map App came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. This mobile app provides interactive real estate maps and property data, allowing users to explore locations and view detailed property information…
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, real estate. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Real Estate Map App now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
