The brief
NexFlight Dashboard came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A comprehensive web dashboard for managing flight bookings, featuring search, filter, and booking functionalities for various flights.
What we did
Embedded with the team across website, automotive. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and NexFlight Dashboard now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
