The brief
HikePilot came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. An adventure platform connecting hikers with verified local guides, offering customizable trips, secure bookings, and AI-powered trip planning.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile web, travel, outdoors, ai assistant, marketplace. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and HikePilot now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
