The brief
NetEarner came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. An earnings tracker for rideshare and delivery drivers that calculates true net profit per hour and per mile after vehicle costs, taxes, and wear.
What we did
Embedded with the team across ios, fintech, gig economy, analytics, dark mode. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and NetEarner now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
