The brief
Lattice came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. An everyday crypto wallet app for spending, swapping, and staking digital assets, with integrated cards for fiat and on-chain payments.
What we did
Embedded with the team across ios, fintech, crypto wallet, mobile app. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Lattice now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
