The brief
SpotUp came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A comprehensive business dashboard for managing projects, subscriptions, and invoices, featuring user-friendly navigation and detailed analytics.
What we did
Embedded with the team across website, saas. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
