The story

The brief

Just Eat Survey came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Web interface showcasing a Just Eat gift card promotion, offering free entries with purchases. Features include spending options and entry benefits.

What we did

Embedded with the team across website, food & beverage. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.

Outcome

The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Just Eat Survey now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
