Job Interview AI came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Showcasing a web platform for mastering interviews with AI. Features include realistic video experiences and tailored interview prep.
What we did
Embedded with the team across website, recruiting. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
