The brief
Chantal's Beauty Bar came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Website for a hairstyling and makeup studio, featuring service menus, portfolio galleries, and an online booking flow with deposits.
What we did
Embedded with the team across web design, beauty & wellness, booking, portfolio. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Chantal's Beauty Bar now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
