The brief
Aquaculture Feeding Dashboard came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A comprehensive web dashboard for real-time monitoring and control of aquaculture feeding systems, featuring detailed metrics and system alerts.
What we did
Embedded with the team across website, logistics. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
